VISION and EXECUTION are essential for you to invest in a path for growth that is healthy, life-giving, and sustainable. In the presence of these two things, we build the foundation for us to grow. In the absence of these two things, chaos will result.
1. A clear vision for where you are going
Most people don't get what they want because most people never take the time to define what they want

2. A plan for consistently executing on the things that matter most over an extended time
Consistent: Creating habits, systems, and routines that occur daily, monthly, and quarterly to keep you on track.
Execute: Focus more on application than information. What are you doing to move the ball forward?
Things that matter most: When you narrow your vision, you clarify your strategy.
