Maximize Your Morning

Bad habits are rooted in what you do. Good habits are rooted in who you are. In order to make the most of your morning, start by asking yourself: who are you called to be?  The morning is the kingpin of the day, how you start it matters A LOT because: The person that you become is a result of what you repeatedly do You never have to recover from a strong start As your morning, so goes your day  Start your day right so you can serve others best, develop a morning ritual by starting small and stacking habits on top of each other. Get rid of distractions, eliminate potential roadblocks. Determine your ideal wake-up time by finding the optimal struggle, find something that is just a little outside of your comfort zone but try to get 7-8 hours of sleep.
