2020: Evaluation & Expectation

2020 was a crazy experience and there are people out there that will say "well, there's always value in experience." But that's not true. There's value in evaluated experience. We extract the value of the experience that we've had, when we take the time to intentionally, purposefully, and thoughtfully evaluate it. If you are like most entrepreneurs and leaders, you could suffer from blind optimism and the result causes dissonance because reality differs from your expectation. To end 2020 well, we need to evaluate our wins and failures and examine our expectations. This episode will serve as a guide to give you the clarity you need the close out the year and prepare for 2021.
